Log in to the Event as a Team Member

- Click on your event link (from your Livestorm dashboard, calendarâŠ).

- If youâre already logged in to your account on your Livestorm dashboard, you will directly join the lobby.
- Otherwise, youâll have to click on Login to workspace and choose your login method first.

- Choose your settings and click on Join stage, or Watch event.
Log in to the Event as a Guest Speaker
As a Guest Speaker, you can join the room event if the event hasn't started. đđŒ

- Click on the event link youâve received by email (resend your access link if you canât find it).

- Select your login method to enter the lobby.

- Choose your settings and click on Join stage, or Watch event.
Log in to the Event as a Registrant
Click on the access link that youâve received from the event host. Your access link is your direct and unique link to access the event that you've registered for:
- If the event has started: when you click on your access link, you'll be directed straight into the event room.
- If the event hasn't started yet: you'll be directed to a waiting page with a countdown until the event's start.
Resend Your Access Link

- Contact the host of the event for a link to their registration page (or to resend your access link).

- On the registration page, click on Already registered? Resend access link

- Type in the email address you registered with.

- Check your email inbox to retrieve your access link đ€đŒ
Did you unsubscribe from Livestorm emails? Just click on Manage my email preferences from the footer of a previous email to opt back in.
Troubleshooting
Youâre logged in but the event isnât loading
If you've clicked on your access link but see an infinitely loading circle, this means that you are on a protected network or firewall. To fix this problem, you will need to:

- Turn off the firewall or use a different network, or

- Use your mobile's 4G network or connect via mobile
