Resend the Event Access Link to a Registrant

As a Team Member, you might need to resend access links if:

  • A registrant hasn't received the confirmation email or can't find it anymore.
  • You'd like to display and share the access link with a participant upon their demand.
  • An email status shows as "Bounced".

To join an event, registrants need their access link.

IN THIS ARTICLE:

What Access Link & Access Key Are

An access link is your registrant's direct, unique link to access the event that they've registered for.

  • If the event has started: when they click on their access link, they'll be directed straight into the event room.
  • If the event hasn't started yet: they'll be directed to a waiting page with a countdown until the event's start.

An access key is a 4-digit code that is part of your access link. You won't need this to enter the event. You will need it to generate a unique access link yourself.

The access link is in the confirmation and reminder emails
