Host Pre-Recorded Events

With Livestorm, you can host pre-recorded events! All you need is our Share a media feature.

Here's how to make it work:

1. Upload an MP4 file (see more here)
2. Start the event manually
3. Play the video
4. Do a Q&A session (optional)
5. End the event

🚨 To ensure maximum reliability we recommend you to optimize your MP4 file and make sure that it's not very heavy.   This is to make sure that attendees with bad connection might still be able to download the stream to watch the video.

Tip: If you don't join the stage or run a Q&A after sharing the video, we would recommend using your pre-recorded video as the Replay Video Source. While we record all of your sessions, you can use your MP4 as the replay directly rather than the Live Event Recording (which would be a recording of your pre-recorded video).
