How does the free plan work?
Meet Basic comes with a free meeting room you can use at any time. There is no day limit, so you can hold meetings whenever you want. You're limited to one meeting room with maximum 4 attendees at a time.
Types of Roles
What is a "host"?
A host is someone who can create and edit meeting rooms. He or she can also be the owner of one or multiple meeting rooms.
What is a "moderator"?
A moderator is a team member who can view the dashboard and access the meeting room to help moderate the meeting. However, unlike the host, the moderator cannot create or edit a meeting room.
What is an "attendee"?
We consider an attendee as someone who connects to the meeting room.
What happens when I reach the attendee limit of my plan?
When you reach the attendee limit of your current plan, additional people will not be able to enter the room, unless someone else leaves.
Is there any difference between plans in terms of features?
On Meet Basic, you can have one meeting room with up to maximum 4 attendees. On Meet Premium, you can create as many meeting rooms as you like with an increased capacity up to 12 people.
Do you have a plan for 12+ attendees?
We don't have a plan for 12+ attendees for now, but feel free to reach out at email@example.com so we can add your vote to our roadmap :)
Do you support multiple hosts?
Yes! You can add multiple hosts to your Livestorm account. Our pricing is per host and costs the Meet Premium fee. You can check out our pricing page for more information.
Managing Your Subscription
How do I cancel my subscription?
Go to your Settings > Billing > Manage my subscription > click on Cancel my subscription. But before make sure there's not something we can do to make you stay. Everything is possible :)
Can I pause my Livestorm account?
If you opt for one of our monthly plans, yes. In fact, you can cancel your account from your settings at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. Once cancelled, your Meet dashboard and meeting rooms will be inaccessible. When you reactivate your subscription, your dashboard and all meeting rooms will be restored.
How does the pricing work?
Our pricing is defined through monthly and annual subscriptions. If you don't plan on using Meet on a regular basis, you can opt for our monthly subscription and cancel before your renewal date.

How do I update my credit card information?
The account owner can update payment details from Settings > Billing > Payment Method.
How can I receive my invoice through email?
For this you can just send a quick message to firstname.lastname@example.org and let us know which email address you would like them to be sent to. Please bear in mind, if the email address is different to the account owner's, the emails will also be sent to the account owner.
