The end-to-end journey, from signing in to a published page.
This guide gives the overview: the main steps to go from your first sign-in to a live registration page. Each step has its own detailed guide.
1 Sign in with your Livestorm account (see “Sign in with your Livestorm account”). To build pages on Livestorm events, a workspace admin connects Livestorm once from Settings → Integrations (see “Connect Livestorm”). Zoom and Microsoft Teams connect the same way for their webinars (see “Connect Zoom” and “Connect Microsoft Teams”).
2 Create a page from an event: the title, date and form come pre-filled (see “Create a page from an event”). The Livestorm event does not exist yet? Create it from the same step (see “Create a Livestorm event from the builder”). For an event that happens in a room, describe it yourself instead, no connector needed (see “Create a page for an in-person event”).
3 Choose a starting design, adjust the form and sections, apply your brand.
4 Set the address and visibility, then publish the page (see “Publish your page”).
5 Once live, follow the page from its Overview and Registrants tabs, and share it, as a link, or embedded in your own site.
The builder auto-saves: you can leave and resume at the same step.
Nothing is publicly visible until you publish.
Every step is reversible while the page is a draft.
During this 30-minute live event, we will introduce you to the platform. You will learn how to use Livestorm for your webinars.
