Link a Zoom account to import webinars and meetings as event sources.
Connecting Zoom links a Zoom account to the workspace: it lets you import Zoom webinars AND meetings (with their registration fields) as event sources alongside Livestorm events.
1 Open Settings → Integrations. On the Zoom row, click “Connect” (workspace admins only).
2 You are redirected to Zoom: sign in and authorize Livestorm's access (secure OAuth, so Livestorm never sees your Zoom password).
3 Once you are back, Zoom shows as Connected. On the builder's Event step, pick Zoom, narrow the list with “Event type” (Webinars or Meetings) if you need to, and choose the event to promote.
Only workspace admins can connect or reconnect Zoom.
A Zoom account only adds events: you always sign in with your Livestorm account.
Both webinars and meetings are supported; registration fields come from Zoom.
On a FREE Zoom plan there are no webinars to list, and meeting registration is a paid Zoom feature. A page built on a meeting will publish but visitors will not be able to register. You are warned about this on the Event step and again before you publish.
A Zoom meeting only accepts registrants when "registration required" is enabled on the meeting itself.
When Livestorm needs a permission your Zoom authorization does not have yet, the Zoom row reads “New permissions needed”: click “Reconnect” on it. An existing authorization keeps the permissions it was granted when you created it.
You can revoke Livestorm's access from your Zoom account at any time.
Microsoft Teams can be linked the same way, from the Teams row. See “Connect Microsoft Teams” (where it is not set up yet, its row reads “Not configured”). Cvent is still planned.
During this 30-minute live event, we will introduce you to the platform. You will learn how to use Livestorm for your webinars.
