Connect Livestorm

Link a Livestorm account to the workspace so you can build pages on your Livestorm events and their forms.

What it's for#

Signing in does not let the builder read your events. A workspace admin connects Livestorm once, from Settings → Integrations. From then on, everyone in the workspace can build pages on its Livestorm events, with their registration fields, and visitors who register on those pages are registered for the event.

How to#

1 Open Settings → Integrations. On the Livestorm row, click “Connect” (workspace admins only).

2 You are redirected to Livestorm: sign in if asked, and authorize access (secure OAuth, so your password is never shared).

3 Back on the Integrations tab, the Livestorm row reads “Connected”, and your Livestorm events are listed on the builder's Event step.

Good to know#

• Only workspace admins can connect, reconnect or disconnect Livestorm.

• Connect an account from the Livestorm workspace this workspace belongs to. An account from another Livestorm workspace is refused, and the Integrations tab shows an error.

• Disconnecting Livestorm stops registrations on pages built on Livestorm events, until an admin connects it again.

• Access tokens are encrypted at rest; you can revoke access from Livestorm at any time.

• Zoom can also be linked as an event source from Settings → Integrations. See “Connect Zoom”.

• Microsoft Teams can be linked the same way. See “Connect Microsoft Teams” (where it is not set up yet, its row reads “Not configured”). Cvent is still planned.

• No connector at all, because the event happens in a room? You need none. See “Create a page for an in-person event”.
