Customize the Design of Your Event Room

With our Custom Design app that you can find in the App marketplace, you can customize the design of your event room by changing the colors of the background or buttons, adding a background image, or your company logo.

Enable the Custom Design App in your Event Room

To be able to customize the design of your event room, you first need to enable the Custom Design app.

Go to the App marketplace either from your dashboard or by clicking on the Apps icon inside your event room.

Click on the Custom Design card you want to enable.

Enable the app to manage its settings.

Your Custom Design app is now activated in your event room! 🎉

Customize the Design of Your Event Room

You and your team members will be able to customize the design of your event room directly from your event room itself.

Do not start the event until you have customized your room. Once the event has started, it will not be possible to make any changes.

Your custom room design will be visible in the replay.

You can customize your room at any time before the event, leave the room and return later. The settings will be preserved.

Click on the Apps icon inside your event room.

Select the Custom design app in the list of your enabled apps.

The Custom design app will open in the sidebar allowing you to:

• Add your own logo: 8MB max, 40x40px, 1:1 ratio (square), all image formats supported
• Add your own background image for desktop: 8MB max, 1920x1080px, 16:9 ratio (landscape), all image formats supported (including gifs)
• Add your own background image for mobile: 8MB, 9:16 ratio (portrait), all image formats supported (including gifs)
• Change the background color
• Change the primary color: will be applied to colored elements such as buttons, links, tags.

Don't forget to Save changes!

If you're not happy with the result of your custom design, you can always Reset to default settings and start again. 😉

If you change your mind and want to go back to your previous design again, click on Cancel.

That's it, your event room is now customized to your liking. 🎉

The Custom design settings will be applied to all sessions of your event.

If there already were attendees in the room while you were customizing the design, they will have to refresh the page to see the new design.
