Share a Visme Presentation in Your Event Room

Visme is a cloud-based platform that allows users to create a wide range of visual content, including presentations, infographics, reports, charts, graphs, social media graphics, and more. It's a versatile design and content creation tool that doesn't require any design or technical expertise, known for its user-friendly interface and a wide selection of customizable templates and assets. Enable Visme in Your Account Settings

Visme is easily activated in Livestorm's App marketplace.

Go to App Marketplace in your account settings.

Choose Visme from the list of available apps.

Click the toggle to activate Visme in the workspace account.

Visme is now available for use in your events! 🎉

Use Visme in Your Event

Once you have activated Visme in your account settings, you can access it directly in your event room.

In your event room, click on Share from the bottom menu.

Choose the option Share a Visme presentation from the menu.

Paste the link of your Visme presentation into the appropriate box and click on Share.

Your Visme presentation is now shared on stage! 🎉

Stop Sharing Your Visme Board

Once you're done presenting your Visme board you can easily stop sharing it.

Click on the X in the top righthand corner of the stream.

Confirm that you want to remove this stream.

Your Visme board is now removed from the stage.
