Share a Visme Presentation in Your Event Room

Visme is a cloud-based platform that allows users to create a wide range of visual content, including presentations, infographics, reports, charts, graphs, social media graphics, and more. It's a versatile design and content creation tool that doesn't require any design or technical expertise, known for its user-friendly interface and a wide selection of customizable templates and assets. Enable Visme in Your Account Settings#

Visme is easily activated in Livestorm's App marketplace.

1 Go to App Marketplace in your account settings.

2 Choose Visme from the list of available apps.

3 Click the toggle to activate Visme in the workspace account.

4 Visme is now available for use in your events! 🎉

Use Visme in Your Event#

Once you have activated Visme in your account settings, you can access it directly in your event room.

1 In your event room, click on Share from the bottom menu.

2 Choose the option Share a Visme presentation from the menu.

3 Paste the link of your Visme presentation into the appropriate box and click on Share.

4 Your Visme presentation is now shared on stage! 🎉

Stop Sharing Your Visme Board#

Once you're done presenting your Visme board you can easily stop sharing it.

1 Click on the X in the top righthand corner of the stream.

2 Confirm that you want to remove this stream.

3 Your Visme board is now removed from the stage.
