Event details

Event details play an important part on our troubleshooting efforts. If you have a specific question about an event or need further troubleshooting, please make sure to share any relevant information of your event. For example:

  • Event title
  • Event date and time
  • Event link

Email address

When reporting issues that are specific to a person, let us know the email address of that person for a faster investigation. It can be:

  • Team member's email
  • Guest speaker's email
  • Participant's email

Screenshots

A picture is worth a thousand words! If you are getting any errors, it can clearly describe the issue you're experiencing. Sharing screenshots often help our customer care experts to identify the source of the issue faster.
