Event specifics are critical for fast, accurate diagnostics. If your request is tied to a specific session or webinar, please include the following details in your message:

• Event Title — The exact name of your event.

• Event Date & Time — Scheduled time and timezone.

• Event Link — Direct URL to your Event Dashboard or live session room.

Email address#

When reporting an issue specific to an individual, providing their exact email address allows us to investigate immediately. Depending on who is affected, please include:

• Team member's email

• External Speaker's email

• Participant's email
